Doesnt seem to update

What can I say? I just checked this app and it said the Canada dollar was .82 to the USD. Every other source says its at .7970. I simply dont understand why it can not give the same number as every other source on the Internet. Does it cache old values or something? Dont know - dont care. Deleting.
